The Media Intelligence was birthed when I began my Digital PR career in 2021 at a leading link-building agency in the UK. It was my first exposure to fast-paced digital storytelling, and it showed me the power of strong ideas, news-driven thinking, and the right processes behind every successful campaign.
Working on high-volume link acquisition taught me quickly what made campaigns consistently land—and the early cracks that caused others to fall short.
When I later went solo to help an SEO agency build and train their Digital PR wing, those lessons became even clearer. Teams didn’t struggle because they lacked creativity; they struggled because they lacked structure, proven workflows, and newsroom-inspired systems that made PR repeatable and reliable. Helping that agency develop their Digital PR processes from scratch confirmed just how much companies needed real operational guidance, not just ideas.
That’s why I created The Media Intelligence Hub: to help companies confidently build their own in-house Digital PR teams, to equip practitioners with tried-and-tested templates and frameworks, and to offer a supportive community that strengthens instincts, skills, and long-term career growth.
This is where structure meets strategy—so Digital PR becomes consistent, credible, and built to last.
